Portfolio Directors provide pre-award and post-award services for assigned departments and are the main point of contact for faculty and staff for externally funded projects. Services include:

• Guidance on how to find funding opportunities.
• Proposal preparation, including budget creation, compliance review, and management of the institutional approval process, and submission to sponsors. Planning on submitting an application? Complete a New Proposal Intake Form.
• Award review and acceptance.
• Fiscal and regulatory oversight of awards, including assistance with and approval of Personnel and OTPS expenses, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies and sponsor requirements for the complete life cycle of the award.
